Riley has been eating baby food for a little bit but I just loved his reaction to the bananas tonight. He just couldn't contain himself. :) Either that or he just loves his daddy to feed him or both.

Our Christmas tree, I figured that we are not getting snow so I needed something to get us in the Christmas spirit. :) So I skipped right to Christmas!

We took the kids to the Houston Childrens Museum and after they were both very worn out. :)

They had a little grocery store for the kids so they could actually shop and had touch screen check out counters. Ethan LOVED it!

8 Weeks 3 Days

Whoopsie

May 15th 2011 we will have another little sweet spirit in our home. It wasn't planned and we know its very quick. So we are thankful for all the support out there and those that have nothing nice to say... Keep it to yourself cause I don't want to hear it. :)
I know that the Lord knows best and so I keep praying to him asking for his guidance and his help to keep me patient and able to just put one foot in front of the other. Some days are better then others and I am thankful for the trust that the Lord has to send us another special spirit into our home knowing it will be changeling, but then again I'm always up for one. I haven't been feeling to bad just like I said some days are better then others and I feel blessed to have such a great family and great friends who support us.

Just Hanging out with Ethan while Riley was sleeping, I feel so bad sometimes cause I get so busy with Riley I don't get to play with Ethan, so I take all the chances I get.

On the 14th of September I finally decided that it was time to potty train Ethan cause he I think has been ready for a while, "I" Just wasn't. So we are well on our way!! He has been doing SO well. Better then I thought that he would. We have had honestly maybe 5 accidents the entire time, and every morning he has been dry! I was kinda nervous to take him to church but he of course did awesome! I'm so proud of him and cant believe how fast my little Ethan is growing up. He is such a blessing in our lives and I thank the Lord each day for his sweet/wild spirit :)

Last picture with Grandma and Grandpa Bowen Before we left, WE had such a great time with them even though it was NON STOP the whole time we were there. They are so much fun and so great with the kids. We love you guys!
Grandpa Beddes Taking Ethan for one more drive in the beast before we left, he was letting Ethan Drive and so Ethan thought that was really cool! It was really hard to leave and of course when I was saying good bye I just cried my eyes out I miss my family and love them so much! Thanks for the great time up there.


My handsome little brother Tyler his beautiful Girl friend Makell, Ethan LOVES makell he had to always be around her. It was hard to leaved knowing this was the last time I would see him for a really long time.

Finally on our way to Utah to catch our flight back to Houston!

*.*Sand Dunes*.*

This was Layne's First time going to the sand Dunes and we had a great time, Makell got to ride in the front on Tylers lap so that was probably kinda scary . After a while with all our weight we ran outta gas ha ha poor Ryan felt really bad but it was totally fine, we waited while Ryan and Tyler ran the hills of sand from choke cherry back to where we parked it was kinda of funny to watch how in shape Tyler was compared to the rest of us, he was running those hills like nothing I almost died on the other hand. Finally Val and Mel brought the Four wheeler so Ryan could bring some more gas to take us home. :) Im just glad that Ryan had some time to take us out.
