Valentines Day.

Ready for Work... just like his daddy... except for the attire. I'm positive Layne has more clothes the this when he leaves for work.

When you have to go, you have to go!... Like Layne said, "He told me he had to poop." I guess he just didn't get in there fast enough.

*.*A day at the beach*.*

Today was a wonderful day with the Family. Layne and I both were able to have the day off so we took off down to the Beach in Galveston. I was surprised how nice the sand was, and the waves were high. We took a our picnic basket and enjoyed are sandwiches and fruit... Ethan LoVeD the birds that were flying everywhere and all the seashells!

Layne Helped Ethan and I both to Fly our 2 handled kite!! It was a blast! I just had to make sure I didn't take anyone out while i was doing it because I honestly was not great at it. But we will go again another time and hopefully ill do better the second time around.!.

I'm so thankful we had a great time together and that the weather was ok, not that warm but it wasnt raining. I'm truly thankful for the blessings in our lives.

Layne's pick... which I like very much.

Our little boy is 2 and I am blown away at how fast time goes... which we all know. We had a great day with him even though he wasnt feeling that well. We took him out to Olive Garden. :) He eats very well there. Besides the fact that Layne and I thought it sounded great, and it was. After we went to eat we went to the mall and got him some new clothes and had fun doing that because Old Navy had great sales!! Which is always a good thing. TOYs R US was on our next stop. Ethan loves baseball and is a great player on the Wii... so we went out and got him a little Tball set that he just loves. I am going tohave to go back and get him a soft bat cause the one that came with it isnt inside friendly, but we still have fun with him. Grandma Grandpa Beddes and uncle Tyler sent him his toy tractors, books and movie which he loved! Grandma and Grandpa Bowen called him on Skype and were able to wish him a happy birthday in song and he loves being able to talk to them on the computer, which I think it awesome!! After the day we came home and had a few friends come over and had cake and icecream. it was fun to have them over and for Ethan to play with his friend Matthew! I dont know what my camera was doing or i guess ME but I got part of his birthday song... agh anyway at least there is something.Thanks again to everyone who took the time to call and wish him a Happy Birthday.

Baby Love.

Well here are a few baby belly pictures. Everything is going well and we are getting closer to finding out what we are having. We have another appointment on Monday to do some more looking at the baby. It has taken me almost a month in a half to get in to this doctor. So now we are on our way. All the morning sickness it starting to get better and other then I still don't have an appetite... hopefully ill get one of those soon. Well that is about it.

Well a little picture update of Ethan. So after cleaning out some of the food in our pantry I had to learn that anything such as chocolates... need to be place in the BOTTOM of the trash so that Ethan cant find it. But as you can see he found it. and he enjoyed the last 5 that were in the box.

The next night he found the sweet and sour sauce from McDonalds... and decided to body paint with it, along with using it as a skin cream. I swear this boy needs the warm wheather back so we can go outside.

Mess after Mess I decided I needed an out... with him of course but I finally went and got me a birthday gift... THANKS VALERIE! It looks great in my apartment... starting to get little things here and there to make it feel a little more homie.

The Red picture frame was from my mom and I finally painted and put the ribbon in it. The picture isnt that great but it gives you an idea. So now Im looking for something to cover up my windows.

*.* Already? *.*

Well nothing much is going on. I just am getting overly bored so I am deep cleaning everything. Tonight I moved everything around in my living room hoping to feel accomplished and something new and fresh... well it worked, but now I'm waiting for Layne to help me move my Dressers... I guess I could do it myself, but then I would dear him get all" YOU ARE NOT SUPPOSE TO BE MOVING THAT!!"... well then help me right now... ha ha ha.
Anyway, I looked at the Calendar and realized that today was the 8th of January! 1 month Until my little boy is TWO!! I can't believe how fast time has gone, I sit and look at him and wonder where the time went. The only answer... It went by. So I just wanted to share my thought on the idea that Ethan will be turning 2 On Feb 8th. I just wish I could slow time down and have him a little longer. He is such a joy in our lives, one of the biggest blessing Our Savior has given to us. Even after all this time I still cant believe I have a little boy, a wonderful, Fun, spunky, loving, kind, sweet, little boy... Forever.
I'm truly grateful for him.

Eating Lunch

On the 1st of January the Houston ZOO opens for FREE. So you can imagine how many ppl go. There were only a few things that were terrible. Parking, but Layne is smooth so we got one only 3 rows from the front, so we lucked out. Besides that there were just a few times when I was thinking What were WE thinking, but Ethan LOVED the animals, last time we went he didnt care so much but he kept saying Goodbye to all the animals by Name. He is getting so smart. we took him to the playground which he loved and while there with so many other kids he of course accidently bumped into another little girl but was a gentleman and tried to pat her and say Sorry. :) The mom told me that he was so adorable and Polite... I do have to say he is very sweet myself, after playing we went to the petting zoo... that was kinda nasty but he loved it and we SCRUBED our hands after we walked out cause he took a dive in the dirt... and we all know what goes down there besides our feet. After a while we had enough and came home. It was a great day and was thankful we could do something that didnt cost us anything and it was such a great time.

Well we had a good end of 2009 we just hung out and enjoyed being lazy with some good friends and went to bed WAY to late...
